Hatch chiles are the best. My spouse grew up in NM and AZ and they are the only green chiles he will eat. He gets no argument from me! The chile rellenos are just as good as homemade and ever so much easier. Just heat a little oil in a skillet and brown. Serve with green chile enchilada sauce. Easy dinner.
Have been using the frozen green chiles for years for green chile stew. One of our favorite meals.
Just bought salsa for the first time, but haven't had a chance to try it yet. I'm sure it won't disappoint.
