I ordered 5 lbs of frozen green chile (medium, roasted peeled and chopped). The product came within the delivery window stated and was frozen solid with dry ice as promised. How nice it is to defrost a 1 lb. bag of already prepped chile. The chile was nice and plump chopped approximately 1" dice. I've used it now in 4 different dishes and the flavor is fantastic. On the heat level I would put it between mild and medium, but I like things pretty hot, so I would say this is fairly rated as medium. My next purchase will be "hot". At $70 for 5 lbs, it may seem a little pricy. However considering it is February and in NYC, I'm thrilled I can get this kind of quality and authenticity.
