I previously ordered hot and medium seeds and had outstanding results. After reading reviews on your roasted and peeled chile I decided to order. The reviews said mild had ok flavor and the hot was only mild so I ordered hot. I received the order on schedule and made a pot of pork green chili. We were unable to eat as it was so spicy we had to toss it. When I grew chile I always mixed 50% medium and 50% Hot.
