Son in law loved em !!! Grand kids did to haha .. I plan on ordering mild for myself and I’ll get them a step up from the medium n go hot .
Only thing I’d do diff if I were in your packing facility is, put something between all the bags of chilies before freezing. They were so frozen together you couldn’t get em apart from each other .. very minor but it would be better to get a package at a time vs thawing whole five lbs to separate..
