I lived in Albuquerque in the early nineties for two years and fell in love with green Chile. I now live in North Dakota. So when some friends decided to do a chili cook off. I knew it was time to show them the difference of a New Mexican chili compared to the Texas style chili they’re used to here. Of course I took first place in the competition!! Thank you for helping me show these northerns what real chili should taste like.
