It was really great and also spiritual and mystical. I had never ordered green chili tamales before. I was on a spiritual journey in Eureka California when I saw the advertisement to buy tamales on alien abduction day, and I just couldn’t help myself. I called a good friend. She told me that her fiancé of almost 14 years had died I said I’ll be home soon and I’ll bring comfort food. She said don’t bring any food at all unless it’s green chili tamales! I arrived home on Wednesday. The tamales arrived on Thursday and my friend got them. Thank you so much. Also another part of the tamales went to some other good friends who were having difficulties there is something very healing and valuable about New Mexico chili.
