Always wonderful! I have been making Chile rellanos, tamales, green chile-ckn enchiladas, Colorado pintos and Spanish rice for my Mom who lives in Prescott, where she claims to have not found good Mexican food! Imagine getting all of my chile needs through you and shipping my entrees back to AZ, to my mom in a retirement establishment (who make their food bland and without the graces of onion, chili in pwd-form/fresh chiles and garlic! So many places now present non-spicy foods. I guess that food made by Californians use an inadequate, in my opinion chile base(Anaheim Chili) and Arizona’s own transplants from CA have restaurants that just don’t know what good New Mexican food is!
