Having lived in New Mexico for 34 years, when I moved to Washington State, I really missed my chile fix. The Hatch Green Chile store keeps my love of chile alive and well. I have purchased fresh and frozen green chile, tamales, chile rellenos, as well as freeze-dried chile and green chile powder. I have even downloaded and used some of the recipes provided in the email updates. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the food or the timeliness of the shipping even though I live on an island in Puget Sound.
