I was introduced to Hatch Chili's by a guy I work with from New Mexico here in Eastern North Carolina and can honestly say..I use them in everything now...from Chili to eggs and from Tuna to Tacos...very distinct flavor without the heat of a jalapeño or tabasco...these Hatch Chili's are my new go to and I look forward to trying them in many different dishes moving forward.
