I love Hatch Chile. I live in Colorado for over 20 years. I moved to Tennessee in 1992. I have never been able to find good chiles here. I'm thankful that I can order roasted, peeled, and chopped chile from the Hatch Chile Store.
My chile order was shipped promptly and arrived still fully frozen. I made my first batch of chile verde the day after my chile arrived. I shared it with all of my neighbors.
I will order again when I have used what I bought.
