Love The Hatch Chile Store! We've ordered for quite a few years now on the recommendation from New Mexico cousins. For the first time last year we got frozen-- it's the only way to go for us! The roasting process is fun, but we live in an apartment and eat too many green chiles, lol. We doubled our order this year-- 5 pounds chopped and 5 pounds whole. Got in on the preorder sale, and had them within a week. Thanks Hatch Chile Store-- your on our list to visit when we visit New Mexico!!! 👍👍👍
