This is a replacement order for a prior shipment which came too late due to shipper's fault. I was impressed that all the food shipped to me was still frozen in our Florida heat. The attention to detail was excellent and the tamales, and beef chimi were delicious. This was amazingly good and I will certainly order from them again. Thanks to Pam from Hatch, for fixing my previous order. I highly recommend them for the delicious chiles.
