I do understand that the weather affects the crop. However, in the 40 years that I have been buying and roasting peppers - previously from other suppliers but a few years from you - this year's shipment has been the poorest. The raw weight may be the same, but the yield ended up low and the time required to slip the peels was way longer due to the thinness of most of the peppers. I would like to continue ordering from you in the future but wonder if there is a way you could sort to send only your typical robust pods. I'm sure you can still use the very thin ones for one of your ground products. Btw, on the bright side, this year, shipping went very well and the product was not substantially spoiled by arrival.
