This year the crop is being held up a little due to the hot weather. No worries, I can wait. I know it will be wonderful when it does get to me in Minnesota. :) Previous years, I have always pre-ordered the fresh green chile by the pound and roasted it myself. I find the chile in stellar condition when it gets to me, and the size, quality and taste of them are absolutely perfect. I use them in any number of ways during the year, and luckily being in Minnesota, most of my neighbors don't like any spice, so all the chiles are for ME! I highly recommend this store and their products to everyone.
