Grew up in El Paso, TX and always got 25 lbs of Hatch Chile every season. Hard to find anything close to it on the East Coast. Nothing beats the flavor of roasted Hatch Chile…meaty texture with just the right amount of heat. These are wonderful! Highly recommend!
