Received my chilies last week. Absolutely gorgeous! I roasted, peeled, seeded and froze them for future use. Tip for peeling after roasting (which I must admit came from being too lazy to do that day) - I left the roasted chilies in the ziplock I steamed them in after roasting overnight. The next day, those skins came off like MAGIC!
Took a few in for a coworker who had never had them before. He and his girlfriend are now hooked, and will be ordering from you as well!
