I love getting hatch chilies from your farm because I know they are REALLY the ones I asked for. My husband doesn't like hot foods so when I request mild chilies I know they are always mild. If I purchase them in the store they may or may not actually be marked accurately. He made a chili roaster and makes the best roasted chilies for a dish I call Mexican Lasagna.
