We love your chile and have been ordering more and more this year. This year's shipment was a little less satisfying. The Chile arrived on time based on a 2-day delivery schedule. We're used to close to 100% fresh chile. Across all 5 boxes, we had more spoiled pods than years past. Probably 5 pounds were spoiled out of 125 total pounds. There were a lot of Chile that had the beginning or had tip rot. We saved those Chiles and roasted them anyway. Last, the last box we roasted, the Chile's were rather small for Big Jims. Tasting these small ones we noticed they were consistently hotter and the larger Big Jims which do vary in heat. Questioning if we received a box of Sandia by mistake.
