We lived in Hatch for 3 years in the early 1980s and fell in love with green chile! My fresh chiles arrived in great shape and the scent of roasting chiles made everyone in my house so happy! My first dish was New Mexico Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas and they were superb! The store is very responsive and easy to work with. Can't recommend them highly enough! If you want the real thing, order from the Hatch Chile Store!
