The chiles are the best! With expedited shipping they come fresh and green and can be stored in a refrigerator for up to a week before roasting, if needed.
This year our chiles arrived 1 week early, but understand there were shipping difficulties due to the uncertainty of the crop this year. I expect it will be right on time next year!
