I ordered 25 lbs of Big Jim chiles, and they arrived very fresh, one day after they were picked. We roasted them the next day, relished a few tasty ones, and have several bags frozen in our freezer now! The service was awesome at a reasonable price! I have ordered from The Hatch Chile Store for several years now and I will continue going back!
