I fell in love with Hatch green chile when I moved to New Mexico. When we had to move back to virginia I was pretty sad. Being able to order from you all this year was such a great treat. Chilies arrived quickly. We roasted and peeled them, and immediately began adding them to food. This state could use some amazing recipes with this chile in it.
