Ordered 10 lbs medium, wasn’t good enough so I ordered 4 lbs of hot. Not good enough in a bad way just wanted more with a little bit more heat. All chilis arrived in good shape roasted them the same day I received them. Pricey but when you’re not in a place to buy them in person this is next best.
