The red sauce was silky and beautiful but it seemed to taste almost like ketchup and I really like the flavor of the freshly blended red hatch chiles. I still have two sacks of NM chiles in my freezer. I have been out of town and I have not tried the green Chile.
You have amazing products and I’m looking forward to try other items.
