Very impressed! I grew up in New Mexico and was addicted to green chile early. I could still buy chile with no problem in Arizona. This year found me in South Florida. I was about to give up on having green Chile this year. I ordered the hot from the Hatch Chile Store not expecting much. To my surprise, the chile arrived in less than 24 hours. Every chile was perfect! Roasted the next day. Tastes great and just right on the heat. I will be buying again!
