Order went smoothly - I was out of town for a couple of weeks and requested and received confirmation that they would delay my shipment until I could attend to the fresh chiles. They shipped on Tuesday and I received them on Wednesday. Had my small chile roaster ready (which you can buy from these folks) and once they arrived, roasted them and had them vacuum packed and in the freezer that evening. Shipping and everything went very smoothly.
