They’re very clear they ship out on Tuesdays only. I’m half way across the country and it arrived Wednesday. Perishable items like chilies are always tough to ship and I got 1 bruised pepper (still usable) and the rest were perfect. I’m just so excited I can get in season, fresh hatch chilies shipped across the country without losing any quality. What a great deal!! Made chili rellenos and classic green chili and couldn’t be happier.
