I’m giving you five stars because I really like the Hatch Chiles. But there was a problem with my Delivery and UPS. Last week, I was supposed to get a delivery to my home, and it was never delivered, I didn’t get any information until I went to my email and read a notice from UPS, stating my package was undeliverable, and was going to be dropped off at a pick up location. The UPS driver never knocked on My door, nor did they leave a ticket on my door, Notifying me of a missed delivery. I contacted the hatch store and notified them by voice mail about the situation, I received a call but I missed the call, so I called back and spoke with a gentleman and told him I was able to pick up my box of Chiles, I had to end up discarding some of them because they had gone bad wherever they were sitting for all those hours. Overnight. Even the store clerk where I picked them up from said, “aren’t they supposed to be refrigerated”? so half of mine had to be disposed of, and I don’t feel it was fair that UPS mishandled my delivery.
