My chiles arrived in amazing packaging, still frozen! I had wondered how you could have mild/medium/hot since it seems you never know what chile is going to be hot, at least in my experience. I chose the medium, and they are perfect! A good kick, but not too spicy. I also was nervous about choosing the chopped versus the whole chile, since I'm used to getting whole ones and then cutting them, but I'm really happy I chose the chopped, I just stick a spoon in to get what I want!
