The latest shipment of peeled chilies arrived late and thawed. I sent pictures and wrote to the customer service group but evidently the email and photos went awry. They have reached out to resolve this matter and are replacing the thawed first shipment. This is the company I’ve been so happy with for several years and I’m happy to amend this review
