I would give The Hatch Chile store twelve stars if I could. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and the product is amazing. Since moving to Tennessee, my green chile experiences have been minimal. I ordered 25lbs of medium spice fresh green chiles to (hopefully) get me through the winter. The box of chiles arrived perfectly. I didn't have to throw away a single chile out of the whole box, and they all met the roaster in short time. Once roasted, the chiles are savory and they have the perfect amount of zang. I will be returning for more in short time, i'm sure. Thanks y'all...
