We live in Arkansas now and am so pleased to be able to get our hands on Hatch Chile. Our jarred green chile came quickly and reminds me of home. I'm looking forward to receiving our freeze dried green chile. Now all I need is to be able to smell the chile while it is roasting. Can ya'll make a scent of that? That would be worth the price of gold.
