Usually I roast my own chile but this year I treated myself to a shipment of already-roasted/peeled/chopped and wow, what a great product. I got a 5-lb shipment and it arrived frozen, in 1-lb re-sealable bags. Now I've got lots of chile and didn't have to do any of the work. I will buy this again!
