I hate to say that this is the worst chili I've ever had it is not roasted there's no flavor of roasting there's no flavor to the chili it's very blind and not even a little bit mild heat and I am very disappointed paying $65 for a 5 small bags also I requested my refund and nobody was returned to my call do not buy from this store it is not good hatch chili. That said, we are confident that our chile is the best that you can find in the Hatch Valley. This is an agricultural product and it varies from crop to crop and batch to batch. There is simply no way we can guarantee how a chile is going to taste. We are not able to refund you but we are happy to offer a discount on a new order.
