This is the first time I've ordered from Hatch Chile Store. My order was more than I expected. It was freezer packed already for me. I did not need to do that which I was expecting to need to separate the chiles and put them in freezer packs my self. Needless to say, I was 'pleased as punch'!! The chile is delicious. I'm sad I missed the red chile season. Next time. Thank you so very much. I will definitely buy again.
