Being a native New Mexican, I think my love for Hatch Chile began at birth. When I moved to Arizona in 2007, I knew I would still have access to Hatch Chile because my brothers and my father remained in New Mexico, and we made it a point to visit every year for the festival. However, when I moved to South Carolina almost a year ago, my FOMO (fear of missing out) kicked in. My siblings assured me they would send me care packages of Hatch products. Well, life gets busy, as life usually does, and my siblings dropped the ball. That's when I took matters into my own hands and placed an order myself and had it shipped to my door, and that's exactly what I did. I received my order from HOT Hatch Chile last week, and the Hatch Chile store did not disappoint. I am a happy camper with my tongue burning, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
