As a native New Mexican, I appreciate being able to get authentic tumble-roasted Hatch Chile. The mixed red and green chile is my favorite, I eat it every morning on my eggs. I go through a jar every few days. You can taste the fire-roasting goodness with every bite. I also love the sundried red chile sauce, it's great for enchiladas and eggs. This is not a bash on competitors like Bueno and 505 Southwest, love you both, but the Hatch Chile Store is amazing.
