I love this chile! I made a green chile pork stew and my husband is raving about it. I am having a friend over this Friday and will make green chile chicken enchiladas. It's my favorite recipe for green enchiladas, bringing back memories of living in NM and going to the Hacienda Restaurant in El Paso. It took me years to duplicate their green chile enchiladas, and it's delicious!! Delivered quickly. Thanks for that. Jude
