Would have been 5 but their warehouse issues almost gave them a one star review. Not a fan of their new boxing of frozen chile either but as long as I get it straight to the freezer when it gets here I don't get the frostbite. When we first started using The Hatch Chile Store the chile got to us frozen. Now it is getting to us thawing out.
Overall The Hatch Chile store has been great to me over the years. Their chile is really good and their support when I have had issues has been very responsive.
