Hatch Chile store has the good stuff you have a very hard time trying to find anywhere else.
This year the frozen chopped green chile is excellent! Excellently processed. And medium is medium hot. I just made green chile chicken enchiladas , hmmmm great.
The red chile pork tamales are very good as well this year, great masa and very good red Chile pork.
