I ordered frozen roasted green chili as well as powdered red chili. The green chili came quickly and here two weeks later I have already enjoyed two pounds of it. The red chili I have yet to receive which is extremely disappointing because I ordered it days in advance of the cut off for Thanksgiving and it hasn’t been shipped so I don’t have it for turkey day. What’s the most disappointing is that I called the day before Thanksgiving and I was told that they unexpectedly ran out of the powder chili so they could not ship for a few weeks….yet I was never updated about this and had I never called I would have just waited and waited. The least you guys could do is inform your client that the chili that was ordered according to your stated cut off for Thanksgiving wasn’t going ti make in time after all.
