Every year I order green chile from the Hatch Chile Store so that Christmas dinner can be green chile stew. I am NEVER disappointed in the quality of the chile and the stew is as good as being in Taos. Plus, they roast, seed and chop it for me. All I have to do is thaw it! Yahoo.
