I realized that after two attempts to change my shipping address, that it had NOT changed after order confirmation. I wrote three emails, called twice on the weekend. Yes they were closed. I called twice, once before 8:00am, when they open and once at 8:05am. I left messages.
At 7:49 am the email was sent to verify a shipping label was created. At 8:08am an email was sent saying they could do nothing but charge me $50 more to change the shipping address. I expressed my disappointment in their business practices and customer service. I got no response, no accountability NOTHING.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Update. They responded and took the $50 charge off. Thank you I am hoping for a great product.
