I have been ordering chiles for several years from the Hatch Chile Company. But this year was in particular very interesting. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately, and in the end graciously resolved my issues. Details aren't important, what IS IMPORTANT, is that the company actually reviewed my situation and resolved it quickly. What more could a customer ask for then to respond with compassion and commitment to me as the customer! I couldn't ask for a better company to work for and want everyone to know how much I respect and honor how they run their US based company. Thank you, for the great customer service!
