Recently ordered the Frozen Fireroasted medium hot Hatch Chile peppers. Dellivery was great! I used them for making hatch chile pepper enchiladas that were raved about by my dinner guests.
Later I ordered three jars of the hot fireroasted chopped hatch chile peppers and used some as part of the ingredients for my stuffed bell peppers. Wow! Fantastic flavor!
