Rcvd my red chili ristra, looks fresh and yummy. I love Hatch Chili and what you bring to many communities like the beauty and taste. I appreciate you adding the extra $ for in case you rcv a bad shipment or your order gets stolen. My order got stolen last year and Hatch didn't do anything to get it replaced and of course they had a pic that it was delivered. I'm assuming now paying a lil extra your guaranteed to get it redelivered if you have this problem again. I got mine this time and it's great. Thank you Hatch
