We live in North Dakota so finding Hatch chiles is tough. We ordered the frozen roasted mild peppers to have around for making green chili. We bought the frozen diced chiles, which arrived promptly and were frozen solid. Hatch Chiles are THE BEST!! We highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store if you want high-quality delicious chile peppers delivered to your door. :D
