I ordered 10lbs of Green Chilis for the second time during the pre-sale days. The communication from HCS was great. They let me know the approx. ship date, the final ship date and a tracking number. My Chili's were perfect! Since I could not roast them right away, I emailed for advice on storage and I had a response the same day!
