Hatch Chilies are the BEST and how they handled the order was super also. I ordered it for my son in Hawaii and it needed to be sent out on a certain day and they were more than willing to accommodate and so friendly on the phone. HE got it on JUST the Perfect day to be able to do his cooking on the weekend. He lives without electricity and no freezer so timing was important. Unfortunately I only got a photo of the most perfect chili rellenos...
