It truely was Christmas in July...the Green Chili arrived in great condition, every pepper smelled and looked great. Nothing better than the smell and the taste of fresh Green Chili roasting in the oven and then taking a flour tortilla and stuffing that with Green Chili and one would think that they died and went to heaven.
The man left New Mexico but New Mwxuico never left the man.. Great reaching out for New Mexico food brings back many fond memories. Thank You for providing the Green Chili.
